Our 30-day return policy gives you time to
consider your purchase or gift. If for any reason you are
not satisfied, you may return any pearl jewelry purchase
in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of
the ship date for a refund or an exchange. Simply follow
the instructions outlined below (sorry, pearl jewelry that
has been modified, engraved, altered, resized, or shows
signs of wear or use can not be accepted for refunds).
How to Prepare a Return
1. Package your return: Package your pearl jewelry in its
original boxes and packaging, including invoice. Ensure
that the pearls are securely padded within the original
cardboard box. Seal package with postal-approved tape, and
address the box to PearlStruck, 1280 Bison B9-556, Newport
Beach, CA.
2. Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail,
insured for the proper amount, and be sure to request a
return receipt.
3. Once we have received your returned item and it has been
accepted, your refund or exchange item will be processed.
Please allow several days for processing. Please note that
all pearl jewelry or other product will be reviewed by our
Quality Assurance department, and that any item showing
signs of wear or damage or use of any kind cannot be reimbursed.
Packages that damaged due to improper packaging, or are
uninsured will be refused. Return delivery charges are not
refunded. Please allow one monthly billing cycle in order
for your credit to appear on your credit card statement.
